Young female possible blue heeler. Found in Columbia SC near O'Neal ct rd. We have been calling her Luna while fostering her. This baby is sweet and mild tempered. She is very good with children and seems ok around other dogs in passing. Not sure of any health issues as we found her wondering the streets over a week ago. She seems like someone's pet but she was not chipped. Her nails were cut low and her teeth seem young and clean.
