About Lavender

Hi! This is Lavender she was used as a puppy mill momma. Her owners gor evicted from their apt. and left 2 dogs out in the yard with no food or water. The landlord found them about 3 days after they left. Lavender is currently living with a male and a female St. Bernard and a yorkie. She is 3-4 years old as per the vet. She has been spayed wormed and is UTD on shots. At first you need to go slow with her so she knows you than you have a friend for life. She does jump up for hugs and kisses. Older children would be best so they know how to treat her her ears were very infected and she can't have them pulled on. They were cut off by owner. She was full of tapeworm but that has been taken care of, she has been through so much in her young life. She is full of love she break the stereo type of a pitbull she loves curling up on her bed and she also gets excited when spoken too. She is 47lbs and should be like 5lbs heavier if not 10lbs.She finally knows her name and will let me do next to anything to her even clean out her ears. Please consider Lavender to be your life long friend she is a real baby. She is improving with walking on the leash. She likes to smell everything. We at the rescue want her to be number one dog or not many other dogs because she is a attention hog. She doesn't do anything but it bothers her to not get the attention she is used to in the rescue. Please consider her or share her to friends and relatives. You could not ask for a better dog.
