About Jackson

Jackson! Jackson is what we call a mini-Boxer mix. He's only around 35 lbs. Jackson is the best of both worlds for those that love the Boxer breed but seek a smaller sized companion. Jackson is great with dogs and he adores people. He's, well, a little on the dumb side, but, shhhhhhh! No need to tell him that and hurt his feelings. Jackson plays hard and loves harder so he's good for a hearty family that's active and enjoys training dogs and including their dog in daily activities. At only around a year old, Jackson is just a young man. He does learn, albeit not super quickly. For instance, it took him running into the sliding glass door about 5 times full speed before he finally picked up on slowing down and waiting to ensure the door is open. Jackson wants to learn, but he's just so exuberant and happy that it's harder for him. He's crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night once tucked in.
