About MaryJane (MJ)

MJ (or MaryJane) is a 5 year old pit bull mix that loves every one she has ever met. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She has lived in Upstate New York, Southern California and Charleston South Carolina. She loves car rides, is crate and house trained, and has had basic obedience training and e-collar training. She loves going on walks, hanging out on the couch, and playing soccer in the yard. I am not sure of her temperament with children because she has not had any exposure to children under the age of 10. MJ does not do well with other dogs or pets. I think she would be best suited as an only pet for a family without children or with older children. She is happy, friendly, extremely calm except when you first get home and is not very needy. She does have allergies both environmental and food but I have been able to keep her healthy with a daily Benadryl at mealtimes and using food that has any other protein source than chicken (we use the green bag of Kirkland food from Costco). I will give you everything you need including her crate, collar, leash, harness, and other accessories that we have accumulated over the years. I love MJ with my whole heart and am looking for someone who will care for her just as much as I do.
