He came in as a stray, but his owner never showed, and the Vegs shelter estimates he is 2.5 years young, weighs only 54 lbs. He has no reported behavior or medical issues but is considered urgent and at risk for euthanasia due to lack of space and high intake. The shelter did mention he needs to learn to walk on a leash, so he may never have been walked much before.
