I received a male rotti that's was abused and didn't know it had health issues I don't have the means to pay for medical bills or the time to train him because of the abuse he is very dominant and will not submit to learn to not poop in the house or pee he also destroys everything. The abuser that I took him from keep him chained outside in the dirt and now he is always trying to run away. I just want to find him a good home please help
