Steve is a male chihuahua who was born about 9/2021. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Steve is good with other dogs and cats. Steve came from a house with numerous other chihuahuas and was living in deplorable conditions with urine and feces all over the floor and no water or food. Because of this Steve is a bit nervous at first and takes some time and patience to warm up. He is doing well in his foster home and we know there is a home who can give him all the time and love he needs.
