About Ruby

Ruby is soft, cuddly, and fun to have around. Ruby loves to play with her toys, go on walks, and snuggle with her human. She is a friendly girl and enjoys playing with other dogs. Ruby is so well behaved on leash. She is a very smart girl and knows all her basic commands. Ruby doesn't miss many sounds with her erect ears, and will alarm bark if she hears something amiss. She is easily redirected. Ruby rides great in the car and its easy to forget she is there as she is so quiet. Ruby is nervous of small children so she will only be adopted into an adult only home or a home with children over 11 years old. Ruby isn't fond of cats and she will chase squirrels if she gets the chance. She ignores birds in the yard. She is intrigued by horses. Ruby had surgery on her hip, it is all healed up, and she can run like the wind again. If you weren't told she had surgery you wouldn't know it.
