About Thomas

We got Thomas from MCACC when he was at risk due to being scared in the hectic shelter environment. Thomas has been making progress and coming out of his shell little by little. He does very well with somebody one on one. But still gets anxious when there's one more than one person around so would be happiest with a single owner or a calm couple willing to give him time to adopt. His former owner was a single male but he does not seem to strong gender preference. He absolutely loves to lay by you whether it's next to you, under the covers, or between your legs he loves to snuggle by you. He doesn't mind any of the other cats or dogs in the foster home and does well on car rides. He walks very nicely on a leash and is a good listener. Thomas is very housebroken and has not had one accident in the house and is very good about going outside. He is not an excessive barker. Thomas is a sweet dog that needs a little extra TLC to help him get over his anxieties. Thomas is 10 years old and 13-14 lbs, and had a dental cleaning while in rescue.
