About Sweetie

'Sweetie' is approx. 2 years old. She is 100% housebroken, not food aggressive, sits at the door /gate and won't rush through, walks pretty well on a leash - but she is strong. Loud bark but LOVES people. Was great at a local restaurant with strangers and was gentle with two children she met. Incredibly well behaved inside when you're home. Some separation anxiety but she's getting better and can be left alone longer. She was friendly with dogs the first time we went to the vet, but now gets overexcited/reactive. No idea why that happened. She seems fine with the neighborhood cats. She was picked up as a stray by the Gulf Shores Police Dept. in late May. They named her Sweetie - she is very loving. She likes to sleep a lot and is learning to play with toys.
