About Dax CELL DOG

Greetings! My name is Dax, a 2-year-old male lab mix. I have a handsome physique and weigh 62 pounds. My fur is a beautiful shade of black that shines in the sunlight. I'm very healthy, up to date on all of my vaccines, neutered, and tested negative for heartworm/Lyme. I used to have a furry companion with me when I first arrived, but he has been adopted. I must admit, I was quite scared and shy when I first arrived. But I'm working on it, and I'm determined to be a better version of myself every day. I've learned so much during my stay here. I can walk well on a leash, play with toys, follow basic commands, and I've even been crate trained. I'm still a bit nervous around new things, but I'm getting better every day. I love playing with other dogs and enjoy being in a group for playtime. It's always so much fun! I'm a big softie at heart, and I'm sure we'll have a great time together. I would be delighted if you could come to visit me. I promise I'll be on my best behavior! Unfortunately, we must euthanize due to illness or aggression. Adoption fees are $165 for dogs under 5 years old, $100 for dogs over 5 years old and $200 for cell dogs. Adoption fees include, Vaccine (dhpp), Bordetella, Microchip, Heartworm and Lyme testing, Rabies vaccine, Spay/Neuter and a dog license. Dogs will be required to be spayed/neutered before leaving shelter, if not an appointment will be scheduled before leaving the shelter. Please talk to shelter staff for more information.
