About Tulip

Golden Retriever/Poodle/Australian Cattle Dog/Kelpie. These young pups (Aster, Petunia, Tulip and Zinnia) came from a home where they spent their entire first 14 weeks of their lives in a wire dog kennel. Currently they are 9 months old. Because they did not get out of the kennel for so long and did not have much exposure to the outside world, they take a little time to work up the confidence to experience a new situation or transition. But they brave their fears and tackle any challenge with a very cautious but willing, happy spirit and a wagging tail. They are extremely food motivated and willingly work through their fears, so we have high hopes for them!! Tulip - Needs a home with a young male dog and someone home most of the time. She is the most shy of the bunch but once with her people she comes out of her shell very well. She is very affectionate. She likes to wade in her swimming pool. She gets along great with other dogs. She does like to chase the cats but has never hurt them. She will do best in a home with someone home most of the time and with another young dog. Call Cindy 970-353-1385
