About Boltz

Adoption Fee: $400
Australian Cattle Dog mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

This spunky dude is Boltz, a 6 months old Cattledog mix who weighs about 30 pounds. Boltz had his right back leg amputated and finds that he he is just as fast and fun as if he had 4 legs. Click on the red YouTube button to watch him playing with another dog. He also runs fast! Boltz is a charmer. He has loved everyone he has met so far and will flop right over for belly rubs. He is also good with other dogs of all sizes. He loves to play with dog pals, especially the game of tug. He also knows to back down if a dog pal has had enough. As for cats, he knows to stay outside of the swipe zone! Boltz is crate trained and doing well with house training. He will benefit from continued reinforcement in his new home. He does know to go to his crate when told. He also knows how to sit on command. He is decent on leash and good in the car, though he does whine a bit here and there. He will outgrow that. Boltz is a playful pup with some light Cattledog mouthiness, so he isn't a fit for small kids. Boltz is a professional%A0cuddler! All he wants is to be leaning against your leg or anyone who will give him love. He flops over for belly rubs. This guy is nothing but smiles all the time. Someone will be extra lucky to be Boltz' number one. Boltz is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He is located in SoCal. Adopters must be able to meet and adopt here. We do not ship our dogs. A home visit and vet reference are required to adopt.
