Lucy is very sweet and surprisingly calm for her breed. We adopted her about 6 months ago, and tried worked on her behavior with a professional dog trainer as she can be aggressive/nervous with new people and small children. She is very sweet with me and my family. However, she occasionally gets aggressive with new people. She also growls at my 3 year old. She is a great dog, but just is not a good fit for our home as we have kids over a lot, and it creates safety concerns. She needs a calm, structured home with no kids.
