About River

River is a 2 year old male poodle mix. He is 25 pounds. We adopted him a year ago when he was only a year. He is very sweet and loves to play but can be very protective over his family when on a leash. We have a very active environment with 3 little kids (who all respect him) but the stimulation seems to be a bit much. He recently snapped at one of our children who is on the spectrum and so unfortunately we have decided to see if there might be a loving home for him without children. He is playful however, and loves to run zoomies, is fully potty trained and sleeps in a kennel at night. We are VERY picky about who he ends up with as we love him deeply.
