He is a little shy and quiet and it takes him a little while to settle in to new environments, but he is affectionate and sweet. He has a friend in the same foster home, Peter, who is also FeLV positive. Parker is up to date on vaccinations, is neutered, and seems to be fine with other cats and dogs.
