About A'ak

I got A'ak as a pup from friends while living in the mountains of Montana. His mom and dad are both Black Mouth Curs. This breed is best in the mountains, and that is where I intended to raise him, but I had to relocate. He has adjusted to Iowa well, but I long for him to be back free in the mountains. He does seem to struggle some with the high humidity here and extreme wind in the winter. I have him trained to many common commands as well as some whistle training. He sleeps on a pillow indoors, but is outdoors all day. He rarely if ever barks, unless kenneled. He is strong, healthy and a loving, protective, but gentle dog.
