A FUNTASTIC mix of Great Dane and Anatolian Shepherd, she has all the qualities one could hope for in a furry family member. From her striking beauty to her sharp intellect, she checks off every box on the list of 'perfect companion'. She is not only well-behaved but also house trained, leash trained, and kennel trained. Her manners are impeccable, and she shows utmost respect by refraining from getting on furniture. Avery's origin story remains a mystery, but her time in a shelter was merely a stepping stone to her transformation into an amazing companion and the start of her next loving chapter in life. With each passing day, she continues to learn, progress and absolutely thrive. She isn't without her quirks tho. She may feel a bit nervous when vehicles pass during walks so a patient adopter can help her overcome that anxiety. When left alone, she has been known to exhibit some creative chewing tendencies, making it important to PUT THOSE SHOWS AWAY...You should know better any way! She is crated when left alone to avoid any temptation. In her interactions with children, Avery shines brightly. She does very well with the three-year-old granddaughter of her fosters, demonstrating her gentle and patient nature. Additionally, she gets along famously with the other resident canines, effortlessly blending into their dynamic. Cats are a bit of a mystery, but there is a likelihood that she could do well, based on her personality. She is treat motivated which makes her an apt student. She has not shown any resource guarding. She would flourish in a dedicated family environment where she can receive the time, attention, and unconditional love she deserves.
