About Ruger

Ruger a super sweet big boy! He is 3 years old now, neutered and has all core vaccines. He came from a rescue in California. He was not good with a small dog after being fine for a month in a home, but cat and very kid friendly. BUT he got scared when a Postman came to the front door and he is a little nervous of men initially. He is housetrained! He slept on a dog bed with two other large dogs! Amazing they all fit! He is also microchipped. Great riding in a car! Rode all the way from California in a car with a couple to arrive here! He is currently in a dog trainers home with a female pit bull and a young son of the trainer. He loves the kid! Also went to a doggie daycare place with the trainer and did very well there! We adopt to the general public, but we also provide companion animals or emotional support dogs to our military veterans at no charge.
