Adoption fee $1200 67 % Golden Retriever 14% Labrador Retriever 8% Weimaraner 4% German Shepherd 2% Flat-Coated Retriever Savannah's brother had a DNA test done by his new owner, and we thought we'd share those results on behalf of his 3 siblings. Savannah is nearly 8 months old. Born December 11th 2022. She was a very sick puppy when we rescued her back in march 2023. We have worked tirelessly and sometimes in circles trying to get her and all her siblings well. We battled parasites and worms among other issues. We delt with reinfections and round after round of vet visits, tailored diets, and medications. She is finally in the clear, praise God! She is healthy and ready for what awaits... more like who. Savannah never lost hope. Even at her sickest, she would wag that tail and want to play. She LOVES play, toys and love. She will stay between your legs if you're cool with that, shoving her toy in your face like, 'check this thing out':) Loyal as a dog, and funny too. She will make you laugh with the way she plays with her toys. She has always liked to mouth (play biting) and although she is so very sweet to the touch and even tender to the small children she's around currently, as well as other dogs, she does like to play that way. We have focused a lot of her training on eliminating that behavior. She has done great and now understands that if she tries she will be given the correction. She immediately reaponds with licks or even closes her mouth completely. Such a good girl. With that flaw exposed, you're left with a dream puppy. She aims to please, is very trainable and more than toys or play, she wants snuggles, scratches, pats, and that high pitched voice we all do when we're really giving puppy lovinz'. Her tail goes crazy the higher the pitch. She is so adaptable, social, and free spirited. Unjaded by her life so far, Savannah carries this hope that radiates. Never sad, just ready to keep on keeping on. She is made to be a companion, sharing the world of her person. She travels well and loves the outdoors. Savannah loves to play in water like most labs/retrievers do. She will dive face first into the water, looking for toys. She is crate trained. Vaccinated with records, microchipped and registered. She has a submissive temperment and gets along well with other dogs. She knows some basic commands like sit, down, focus (look at me), leave it, come. She is a beautiful soul with love to share. Savannah will get her dream home. She will rise to the potential she was made to reach because someone decided to invest in her worth. Is that you?
