About Cal

Cal has recently completed training with the highly talented Jeff Scarpino at Off the Beaten Trail in Newark, VT and he learned SO much! Jeff worked with him on obedience, impulse control and several other skills. The ideal home for Cal will be with people who enjoy spending time with their dog, going on adventures, and continuing his training. This can be anything from asking him to Sit before his food bowl is placed on the floor to learning a brand new skill. Cal loves to make his people happy. Cal is housebroken and crate trained. He enjoys spending time with his people and the other dogs in his foster home. He LOVES to chase a ball around the yard. He's smart, enjoys car rides, has a friendly personality, and is a fun guy to spend time with. He now knows several commands including Sit, Wait and Down.
