About Harper
This adorable seven-month-old girl was found dumped in rural Avery County, North Carolina. She and her brother (Tipley) were very fortunate to have wandered into a yard of kind-hearted people who were willing to take care of them until they were ready for permanent homes. Harper and Tipley are bonded siblings and we'd love to have them stay together. Harper is shy and still somewhat timid, but playful and affectionate. She'll do best in a home with older children and a playful companion with a little more confidence (but not dominant or overbearing). A large fenced yard is a MUST. Transportation out-of-state can be arranged easily. Please note that Harper will be spayed prior to adoption.
