About LOLA

Australian Terrier mix
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

Name: LOLA Breed: Terrier Mix Age: Estimated DOB 3/8/23 (28 pounds as of 7/23/2023) Sex: Female (spayed per Good Samaritan) Location: Comal County, TX Lola has seen an ophthalmologist and her eyes are structurally fine, with normal dazzle and pupillary light reflexes. It's possible that Lola's unsteadiness is due to Cerebellar Hypoplasia or is central nervous system based, but an MRI would be needed to confirm; however even with an MRI, treatment would not change (she does not require treatment at this time). Lola has also been around children and is great! As with other dogs, she would need to be supervised around children. Please check out Lola's precious videos! https://youtu.be/wcGlBM9Z54A https://youtu.be/BOCxNyTM_N0 Vet Info: Too young for HW test. UTD on vaccines. Blind dog. Vet believes Lola was born blind. Lola is next due for her rabies vaccine on 5/31/24. Owner reports: Lola is a blind dog that was found as a stray and is being helped by a good Samaritan. Good Samaritan is offering to assist with transport of Lola. Lola is reported to be an indoor dog confined to one area of the house She is said to be housebroken and leash trained. Lola is not possessive of toys, treats or food and has shown no aggression. Lola is reported to be outgoing, good with adults, teenagers, and other dogs. She has not been around young children yet. 'Lola is a young curious puppy.' 'I own a transport company and travel through PA every two weeks on my way to the NE to deliver rescue dogs to their forever homes and I am willing to transport Lola for free to you or your foster.' Lola's Good Samaritan wants us to know Lola is very sweet, loving and healthy. Can anyone help sweet Lola? Please email [email protected] if you are interested in this sweetheart. Please know that we will ask for a vet reference. **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them.
