This adorable seven-month-old boy was found dumped in rural Avery County, North Carolina. He and his sister (Harper) were very fortunate to have wandered into a yard of kind-hearted people who were willing to take care of them until they were ready for permanent homes. Tipley and Harper are bonded siblings and we'd love to have them stay together. Tipley is well-balanced, playful, inquisitive, and affectionate. He'll do best in a home with a play companion with a similar temperament. A large fenced yard is a MUST. Transportation out-of-state can be arranged easily. Please note that Tipley will be neutered prior to adoption.
