Their owner, who has been going through financial difficulties, asked us to find them the perfect home where they can remain together. Hokus and Lexus have both been extensively handled and have super sweet dispositions. Hokus would really like to do some light trail work, and see some views other than his pasture. He is sound, up to date, and loves to be pampered with love and attention. He is a really nice guy that will be a fabulous addition to a family that has time to give him some regular exercise and TLC. Lexus is very bonded to Hokus, and while he does not mind love and attention, being in pasture for the past five years has made him a little stand-offish. We did notice both hind fetlocks are dropped (DSLD?) so riding is probably not an option for him without some rehab. He is a bit uncomfortable and needs some love and attention to bring out more of his personality. Their feet are in decent condition, but they are in need of a proper diet and a detox. They are both on the thin side (even with being on pasture), still have winter coats, and will need a minor work-up prior to any physical activity. With proper care, these two imported magnificent boys have many years left to give, and will thrive in a loving environment. This is your perfect opportunity to have two buddies with a known history and no major health issues. You will not come across horses as well-mannered and safe as these two geldings.
