Name: Tulip (female - blind), Oddball (female - sighted helper dog, possibly deaf) Tulip and Oddball can be kept together or separated. Age: born 3/4/2023 Breed: Catahoula Leopard dogs, will most likely be medium to large sized dogs when fully grown Sex: Female, not spayed Location: Hillsborough County, FL For a sweet video of Tulip and Oddball, please visit: https://youtu.be/P068q6MaeXQ Vet Information: The puppies are not altered or microchipped. Their owner tells us that she gave them their first and second DHPP vaccinations at 8 and 10 weeks of age. They have not been heartworm tested. Tulip is completely blind but can hear, and Oddball is her helper dog. Their owner thinks that Oddball might be deaf. Oddball barks more than another puppy from the litter who was deaf, and this may or may not be an indicator of hearing. The puppies can be separated. Otherwise the puppies are healthy and happy according to their owner. They are eating well and being wormed. Owner Report: The puppies are living with their owner and canine mother who had a litter before her spay surgery could take place. While the puppies are not housebroken or leash trained due to their young age, they know cues for No, Nice, and their names. They are outgoing little pups who are good with people of all ages, other dogs, and cats. Tulip is especially adventurous and fun despite her blindness! They're not possessive with treats, toys, or food, and neither has shown any aggression. Neither has a bite history. They should be adaptable to new situations and surroundings due to their young age. **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them. These dogs are with their owners, and are not in BDRA foster homes. We do our best to screen these dogs, but make no guarantees regarding the information posted.**
