Owner reports: Luka is a blind dog that was found as a stray and is being helped by a good Samaritian. According to caretaker 'I found him recently near my house and he was in bad shape so took him home and nursed him back to good full health. He is blind. Based on the dogs condition I'm sure he's been roaming the streets for a very long time. His hair is overgrown and matted to where he couldn't access his paws/ nails.' Luka is reported to be an indoor dog who is crated. He is reported to be house broken but not leash trained. Luka's caretaker reports that he is good with adults, children of all ages, as well as other dogs and cats and small animals. 'He's a sweet dog that likes to howl when you howl.'
