About Finnick

Hey everyone! My name is Finnick, and I'm a 65 pound four-year-old Pointer/Terrier mix with a heart full of love. I'm here searching for a foster or forever home where I can share my endless affection and loyalty with a loving family. I am a social butterfly! I get along famously with other dogs, making me the perfect playmate if you have a current canine companion. Together, we can have endless tail-wagging adventures and share some pawsome bonding moments. Now, let's talk about cats. I'm proud to say that I'm not one of those dogs who gets all riled up when feline friends are around. Nope, not me! I'm uninterested in cats, and I'm definitely not the type to be aggressive towards them. So, if you have any whiskered buddies at home, I'll happily coexist with them, no problem! When it comes to people, I'm a real charmer. I've been told that I have a contagious smile and a wagging tail that never seems to stop. Meeting new people brings me so much joy, and I'm always ready to offer them a warm welcome. In addition to being friendly, I'm also very sweet-natured. Life has taught me that happiness is found in the simplest of things, and I've perfected the art of finding joy in every moment. If you're searching for a furry best friend, here I am! Our dogs are in foster care and we do NOT have a shelter or boarding facility. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND APPROVED BEFORE A DOG CAN BE MET. This is a firm policy. Our busy volunteers are not able to respond to questions about the dog or dog meeting requests in the absence of an application. We know these dogs very well because they are in foster care. Please read the profiles of the dog(s) you are interested in prior to submitting an application. If there are specific requirements stated (ie: Fenced Yard or Canine Friend Required) these are included because they are vital to the happiness, health, safety and adoption success of that dog. We provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering and microchipping before transporting our dogs. We provide all supplies, preventatives and any follow up vet care necessary while they are in foster care. These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources.
