Red Heeler- NEED A HOME ASAP. Otto is a good, loving dog, has been fostered until permanent fur-ever home can be found. Needs a home with more area to play, run, exert energy and would love to have playmates. He enjoys belly rubs and playing ball. Current foster person (my mother) is elderly with health conditions and unable to continue fostering. His puppy energy is not easy to keep up with in a small environment.
