About Jake

Jake is a 6 month old Doberman/Malinois who was adopted by a family who won't be able to suit his needs. He has issues with his female owner and has bit her a few times. He does well with the male owner and has not gone after him. He has lunged at the kids in the home. He has a high prey drive and is very smart. He would do best in a home with a single male owner/handler who could give him a job. He has basic obedience training, house trained, and crate trained. Work with resource guarding has been done but will need continued efforts to help him be his best self. He is microchipped. Loves walks, hikes, and playing in water.
