About Tyler

Tyler and his mom and 5 siblings were seized by animal control after being found a home almost starved to death. The third picture shows how skinny he was when I received him and that was after they had already been at a local shelter for a week and were receiving food. Hard to imagine how skinny he was before that. As you can see, having a rough start did not stop him from developing into a most handsome boy. He is a bit shy at first but very sweet and friendly. He is good with other dogs and enjoys the water. He is non-reactive to cats. He is about 7 months old now. He is still in Oklahoma, which is hell for animals, but can only be adopted in WA state or Oregon where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport in either Tukwila, Tacoma, or Portland (sometimes there are stops further north and further south as well). If upon receiving him you find that it's not a good fit (rarely happens, everyone loves their babies), we will find a local foster to take him in until a new home is found. If you tell us that it's not a good fit within 2 weeks of arrival, you will get a refund once he gets re-adopted. Vetting: neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccine, bordetella vaccine, dhpp vaccine x 3, lepto vaccine x 2, lyme vaccine x 2, fecal test, dewormed several times, heartworm tested, on monthly flea and tick prevention, on monthly heartworm prevention.
