About Whiskey

This is the wonderful Whiskey! Whiskey came into rescue because his previous owners were seniors and were not ready for this spunky and active young dog. Whiskey is a Jack Russell Terrier mix and he is going to be a year old at the end of this week. He weighs 19 pounds. Whiskey loves everyone. He went to the vet and even there he loved everyone. The vet commented that 'this dog is all kinds of friendly'. He was happy to meet them all even if they were poking him with needles. Whiskey would love an active family that will play with him and take him for walks. He really enjoys having a fenced yard where he can play. He loves to chase balls and is pretty good at bringing them back. He does well with other dogs and has even done OK with a cat who came for a short stay at his foster home. We dare you not to fall in love with Whiskey within 2 minutes of meeting him. He is full of personality and exuberance that cannot be resisted. He is pretty photogenic, too.
