About INDY

RESCUES- Must be 501c(3) No adoption fees. I will help with transport fees & HC. Individuals: $75 adoption fee. My name is Indy. I was a medical foster. I was found as a stray and taken to the shelter. Unfortunately, the kennel mate they chose for me did not like me and gave me some injuries. While other people stopped by my kennel and felt sorry for me and walked away, a nice lady stopped and thought that the best thing for me was to heal in a home and get my confidence and personality back. Surprisingly, I am not afraid of other dogs. My foster home has multiple big and small, and we all get along and play well. I am 2 yrs. old and still have some puppy energy but can be a couch potato if I need to. If you like cuddles, I have lots to give and kisses! I love my foster mom and am incredibly grateful for her taking care of me while I healed, but she is an older lady, single, works a lot, and has multiple dogs to care for so I don't get to go out of the house much. I would love a more active family or person...maybe I could be your work buddy? Go on family outings, car rides, hiking, get a pup cup? I'm ready to be a forever family member!
