She has no collar. She's been by the front office of my apartments for two days. I have given her food twice already but she won't come with me. She is friendly but she is scared. She allowed my son and I to touch her only through the gate. She gets so happy when she sees me. I feel so bad! :( I have posted her on several pages on social media with no luck.I don't know what else to do. Are you able to send help?
