About HUNNY

Belly rubs, walks, and even jogging - these are a few of Hunny's favorite things! Her foster mom reports that 'Hunny is a very chill dog. She doesn't bark, walks well on a leash, and is house trained. Her favorite part of the day is her walks. She knows exactly when it is time to go out, and she'll let you know with her puppy eyes, like a doggy alarm clock. During the day, she'll just curl up close to you and watch you work. She takes a while to warm up to you, but once she does, she'll ask for pets and belly rubs.' Hunny is working on her basic training (i.e., sit, place, leave it, and drop it), and her foster mom reports that she is 'a great low maintenance dog for folks with a quiet household.' Recently, Hunny has also discovered the joys of zoomies and playing in the backyard! Hunny is about 44 lbs. and 3.5 years old, and when we met her, she had recently had a puppy (Baby Bee). Now, it's her turn to be pampered! Hunny is shy at first, but once she gets to know and love her pack, she shows it! She is also great with calm energy dogs and cats.
