Buddy is young pit Bull male puppy, active and sweet. Found as a stray wondering streets. He is malnourished, skin appears mange, red and raw, inflamed. Local resident rescued from street but cannot afford to keep puppy or pay for vet care. Buddy fur appears to be gray and white, despite his obvious skin discomfort, he is very sweet begging for affection. Is anyone able to help this sweet boy find a forever home?
