He's a very smart,sweet boy that will be a wonderful companion! A Heeler's intelligence is unprecedented. They save the lives of owners and children daily. They adore camping, jogging, dog parks, swimming, frisbee,or whatever you want to do. Rickter is currently in Surry County,NC shelter (near Mt. Airy) awaiting his proverbial 2nd chance!
