About Penny

Hello, my name is Penny! I am currently living in a kennel with my bestie Belle, the hound/lab mix! Belle and I have lived together for 5 or 6 years. Our owner owned a kennel and adopted Belle first, then I came along after my original owner abandoned me at the kennel. Our owner passed away last year and the new kennel owner has taken very good care of us but she already has pups of her own plus chickens...we do not like small fast moving outside animals like squirrels, rabbits, and chickens! We will chase them and do the unmentionable! That being said, she cannot take us home but doesn't want us to have to live in a kennel for the rest of our days and feels that we would make amazing and loyal pets to the right people! I don't have to go to the same home as Belle, we just need a good place with good people! My personality is scared/timid. Sometimes I'm not sure what to do and I also get excited and jump, but I learn quick all you have to do is show me how to make you happy and I'm on it! I will need a fenced in yard. I never potty in the house! I love treats and snuggles! I'm not sure about young people, I haven't been around them. If you're looking for a middle aged (6 or 7yrs) yellow lab mix, I'm your girl!
