About Joey

Joey is a 7-year-old, 15 pound Miniature Aussie. He is a shy guy and just wants to be with his person. Joey wants love and attention from his people. He is slow to warm up to strangers. Joey's favorite spot is right beside his person getting petted. Joey came into rescue as a local owner surrender. His owners were older, done breeding him, and couldn't care for him anymore. Joey is an easy dog and gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids. He is a loner and doesn't play or interact with the other dogs in his home, he just wants to be with his people. Joey is housetrained, neutered, up to date on vaccination, heartworm tested, microchipped) He just had a dental and lost 14 teeth. He prefers canned food.
