About Koda

Hello! My name is Caylee Lewis. I have a pittie his name is Koda. Koda is reactive and he's gone through 4 week board and train to work on this, but because i don't have the time to train him myself it didn't do much good. Koda is almost 3 years old, he was born July 3rd, 2020. I got Koda when i was 15 years old during covid with my boyfriend at the time. My boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me about 2 weeks ago, we had a plan to train Koda on our own and help him become the dog we know he can be. Now i'm doing this alone. I'm 18 years old, i'm about to graduate high school, I just started a new job, and i'm going into college in August. It's going to be extremely stressful for both me and Koda to figure out our situation when i'm so busy. Koda deserves a better life, Koda doesn't do well with kids or in any situation that can be stressful to him since he has severe anxiety. I have little siblings, so Koda has to stay away from everyone in my room. It's unrealistic for a dog to live in one room secluded but that's what i've had to do. Koda is very specific about the dogs he's around, He does good with our other Pitbull, but it took us almost 2 weeks to get him to become less reactive towards her but she was a puppy when we got her. He's very dog selective. Koda wouldn't do good with cats at all, we had cats at one point and that didn't end very well and we had to find them homes. This is such a hard thing for someone to deal with let alone a teenager. I know my dog deserves a better life and that's why i'm reaching out.
