About BELLE

Belle was found at a high kill shelter after her family moved out of state and did not want to take her along. She would thrive in an active home with owners who will walk or run her, play ball, and maybe bike or hike. Belle was shy when we got her, so we put her in two months of boot camp training where she behaved so well and got her confidence back. Although she has done extremely well with the other dogs, we have not introduced her to small dogs. If you have another medium to large dog, she should do well with them. Cats are not her cup of tea. Belle is 4 years old, smart, very sweet and loves attention and being petted. Her favorite pastime is playing ball and playing with her tug toys. She will love her twice daily walks - she walks so well on leash and is only about 50 pounds, a really good size for almost any home. Please fill out an application today!
