About Spanky

Looking for an active fur buddy? Meet Spanky. Once this energetic guy gains your trust he'll be up for affection and for new adventures. He fancies himself a lapdog, and enjoys his 'me time'. Spanky's favorite pastimes are running off leash with other puppers at the park and sticking his head out the window on car rides. He pulls ropes, and loves chew-toys, so much that you may find them in pieces afterwards. Food motivated and anti-oxidant friendly, he loves blueberries. Spanky has some quirks as any hot-blooded three year old rescue may. He isn't a fan of any act of grooming and is known to bark at local passerbyers. He's resource guarded with his foster dog brother and is cautious when meeting strangers. By opening up your heart and home, and continuing socialization and training, Spanky can live his best life.
