Approximate DOB 10/1/2022 Approximate Adult Size - maybe 50 lbs (once she's full grown and has gained some weight) History- This little girl was found out in a mesa where she had been dumped. Everyone said she was scared and she wouldn't let anyone near her however one of our friends who fosters a lot for us was able to pick her up... Haha she's like Snow White-- all the dogs just kind of flock to her. Sooo she took her home to fatten her up.. The original plan was to take her to a shelter but since they are all completely full and she felt bad she reported her and offered to hold her for the stray hold and look for her owner hoping she wasn't dumped.. However, we all know that mesa where she was ais a known dumping ground soooo though she was hopeful someone would come forward we all kind of knew nobody was going to look for her.. Soooo we have agreed to try and find her a loving family who will not abandon her again.. Temperament- Super sweet, very smart, loves attention, and tries really hard to do what is expected of her. Has learned some basic commands and is just really a good girl.. Energy Level- She is high energy so would do best with an active family and/or high energy dog.. Right now she has been playing with Panda and they tire each other out but Panda might be getting adopted sooo it would be awesome to find this sweet girl her own active family to tire her out.. Dogs/Cats- Super playful with everyone she meets. Some dogs seem a bit intimidated with her eagerness so she would do best with a larger confident dog or another terrier mix that she can really rough house with. She probably shouldn't be around cats.. Housetrained- She is using a dog door and not having any accidents. She is also perfect in the crate. Daisy is an absolute doll. Her foster mom said she is a sweet loving kiddo who is just perfect and has really done well settling in now that she isn't worried everyone is out to kill her (a behavior we see often with dogs coming right off the mesas -- they are typically in a flight/fight mode because of the packs of dogs and the coyotes that are constantly threatening them). But she has decompressed and settled in wonderfully and is now really trying to make friends so she should have a doggy friend to play with but might also do well as an only dog with an active family.. She is happy and well behaved and just wants to be by her loved one. She will make a wonderful addition to any family wanting an amazing young pup to love and train and make up for what she must have gone through before being rescued. She would excel in speed events/sports, agility, etc. She is an amazing athlete and learns quickly. She does love fetch and brings the ball back and drops it at your feet perfectly.
