About Mag Pie

Mag Pie is an absolute delight to be around. She'll put a smile on your face - guaranteed! She's a friendly thing who loves to be around people and be pet, but her submissive personality always has her approaching you by crawling on her belly rather than walking up to you. She'd hate to intimidate you (not that that's possible with a girl this sweet)! Mag Pie is prone to the zoomies. She loves to sprint around in crazy patterns to get some energy out! But she's always careful to never run into you. She stays very gentle around people. She's done great around children and has even gone with us to an elementary school to help us teach students about responsible pet ownership. She has an average energy level, but settles down nicely when you're petting her. She'd happily stay right by your side all day if you're handing out love. She doesn't pull when walking on leash but she does tend to try and walk underfoot, like she wants to stay as close to you as possible. She's not a huge fan of pop up crates, but she goes in and out of her kennel nicely. Mag Pie is a 1YO Catahoula / Great Dane mix who came into the shelter as a stray on 4/24/23. She weighs 50 lbs.
