Say hi to Rudy! He was at the shelter and was a matted mess but he is feeling good now! Rudy is nine pounds (needs to gain a couple pounds) and about two years old. This Shih Tzu mix immediately snuggles into your neck when you pick him up and it is absolutely adorable. He still has to learn house manners so you will need to show him the way.
