About Bean

Hi, my name is Bean. I am a gorgeous young pit bull with a lot of love to give! Even though I was dumped in a parking lot by my previous owner, I still love humans and want to snuggle 24/7!! I was taken in by my current foster who has so many friends for me to play with. But, I have to admit that I am not friends with 2 of the 3 other dogs here. I love my friend Calliope. Mostly because she doesn't care how rambunctious I get. She also always lets me win at any game we are playing. I love being with the teenagers here even more than the adults. I am curious but tolerant of the horses, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and the cats who live here too. My perfect home would be one where I can lounge with you on all of the furniture or lay at your feet while you work. I would love to have a yard to play in freely as I am still learning how to walk on a leash. I am a little nervous in new places but love friendly people. It takes me a little bit longer to warm up to men because of the one that left me in the parking lot. I love to be a good girl but do get excited so I will need some help learning all of the dog rules in your house. I have been been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and am heartworm negative.
