LOCATION: Austin, Texas DOB: 01/01/2023 Hello! My name is Louisa and I may be petite for a Dane, but where I may be smaller in size, I make up for it with my BIG personality. And if you are looking at my pictures wondering what that little bit of white is on the side of my snout, it's my beauty mark! Wearing mostly black is just too predictable so I like to throw a little color on just to spice things up. Meeting people is kind of my jam. I am super social-no surprise there-and I seem to excel in this area. Kids, not-kids. It's all good. If they are willing to give me nice pets and treats I may just be their best friend for life. I am super brave and love to explore anywhere my foster mom will let me go. But I'm not only an adventurer. I do love to snuggle with her and will sit in her lap and fall asleep if she has the time to hold me. I mostly like to play with my brother, but will occasionally fetch a ball or a toy. Did I mention treats? I like all of the other dogs I have met but I'm not sure about the things they call cats. They sound interesting. I'm very chill for a puppy and have been described as calm and easy going. The vet said I was a very good girl when I visited him. He's cool. I'm working on my house training skills. My foster mom says I'm very smart and will have it down in no time. I have also learned to sit and to come when called. I love having plenty of food and a soft place to sleep. I like sleeping in my crate at night or when my foster mom leaves the house. I'll make a little fuss at first, just to let her know to come back soon but I calm down pretty quickly. If you're giving away any free ear rubs, I'm taking em. I will close my eyes and bask in the pure joy of a good ear rub down. My favorite time of day is food time. I get very excited and eat all of my food no questions asked.
