About Katy Jo

Meet Katy Jo. This sweet chunky senior girl was surrendered to a local Humane Society. Katy Jo gets along with other dogs and does not bother cats. She loves to lounge on the sofa and hang out all day. She is house trained, walks well on a leash and uses the doggie door. Katy Jo is about 10 years old and 40 pounds. Please help this senior girl find a loving home to live out her golden years. Update: Katy Jo tested positive for the common tick borne Lyme's/Anaplasmosis. She is getting around just fine and is on a course of oral antibiotic which will be sent home with her new family for completion. Katy Jo is still currently available for adoption. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
