About Mighty Man

Meet Mighty Man! He's a 3 y/o 92 lb gentle giant. Mighty Man is a Great Dane mix and is a low/med energy pup. He will get the most excited when meeting new people and dogs but calms down quickly and when in a comfortable environment, is mostly a lazy couch potato. He does well with kids of all ages, dogs and does best with cats who are used to dogs (not aggressive but curious and will chase if they run). He loves to cuddle on the couch and be near (sometimes on top of) his people. He's house trained, crate trained (although he doesn't chew or get into to things when not crated) and takes treats like a gentleman. He was treated for heartworm and is in recovery. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
