About Misty

Misty is a beautiful Tibetan Mastiff. She served 7 years as a therapy dog to an autistic child until the family moved and abandoned her. I took her on because no one else was willing and because she deserved better than sitting in a cage. Misty is great on leash, great in public, clean, nondestructive, smart, and sweet. She likes trips to dog beach with her pack on overcast days, wool rugs, and her couch. Misty needs access to a house (dog door), a fully fenced yard, and people with big dog experience. S. California only - needs to be within driving distance - so if you have any issues I can come and get her. So, if you have an outstanding home, know LGD's, would like to adopt Misty, happy to discuss. Barring that, she is home for life. Note - shelters and humane societies are overloaded - due to irresponsible owners (who don't understand that a dog is a lifetime commitment) and garbage breeders (who view dogs as livestock) - so please rescue a dog. Don't be on the wrong side of history. Don't breed or buy while shelter and rescue dogs die!
